The project involved a major podium-and-four-tower proposal progressing through Council, State Government and VCAT scrutiny during significant planning change.
STRATEGY
Team experience included coordinating an integrated planning and development response across multiple authorities while addressing the scale and height sought for the site.
OUTCOME
The proposal secured planning approval for 1,004 apartments before later planning controls reduced allowable heights in the precinct.
